I like shopping at this store. It is spacious and bright, with lots of selections of women’s clothing especially dresses for special occasions. There are racks with discounted items and selection is not bad. The other day I shopped at the lingerie section and the lady who worked there was so nice and patient.

We had a good experience visiting Nordstrom. The store was clean and well organized during our visit. It is a large store with a wide variety of items available, making it easy to browse different sections. The entrance also connects directly to the nearby parking garage, which makes getting to the store more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and well-maintained shopping experience.

Nordstrom is one of those rare places that still treats customer service like a competitive sport. The quality is consistently solid, the men's department is dangerous for your wallet, and it's still my go-to spot for dress shirts, slacks, and anything that requires me to look more responsible than I actually am. What really sets Nordstrom apart is the return experience. You know that feeling when you return something elsewhere and suddenly you're being cross-examined like you're on a true crime documentary? Not here. Returns are refreshingly painless, and the staff genuinely seems focused on solving problems instead of creating them. Yes, parking during the Half-Yearly Sale can feel like you're competing in the Hunger Games, but once you're inside, it's easy to remember why people keep coming back. Great service, quality merchandise, and a shopping experience that still feels a step above the rest. If retail had a VIP section, Nordstrom would be it.

On Sunday approximately 7PM, I encountered the La Prarie makeup counter by a tall Asian man who had a three piece casual wool outfit and was embarrassingly sweating. I tried to be nice and ignore his stench. But he smelled bad! When I asked for a shade he said he was going to the check “the back” where he should have freshened up! Of course he didn’t!! Omg and then when I went to purchase/exchange a foundation he ran he took off to someone else who came walking towards me with so much might that I felt a makeup police presence then when she started saying she has la prairie and it doesn’t look like this she said she could not take it back like the mistress to the wife telling me to move on when yh my life! Omg I was so scared I asked for a “manager” who was this 12 year old girl telling me she supports her team and that she won’t go against the grain because she has 12 years experience in makeup???? My kids and I were bewildered! Even my 11 year old said they should have just given you the exchange!!! My kids are smarter than the combination of these people who claim to be above it but yet suck at their which is customer service not customer humiliation!!!! I was able to go
