I’m very satisfied with Victoria’s service! This is my second time coming to her for a haircut and perm, and I’ve had such a great experience both times. She is very caring, patient, and pays close attention to every detail. I especially appreciate that she always gives thoughtful recommendations based on the condition and quality of my hair. Sally is hands down the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She has been doing my hair, and every single visit has been an amazing experience. She has always been kind and professional, but this time she was especially warm and caring, which made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I’m actually someone who doesn’t get my hair done very often, but Sally is the one stylist I’ll happily make an appointment for every time. All I have to do is show her one photo, and she immediately knows how to adapt it to fit my face shape, hair, age, and personal style. I never have to explain every little detail she just gets it. The results always look even better than I imagined. It’s rare to find someone who is not only incredibly talented but also makes the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I always leave feeling more confident and happy with my hair. I’ll definitely keep coming back, and I’ll be recommending Sally to all of my friends and family without hesitation. i came in wanting a change for my hair after box dyeing it for years on my own~ i asked if balayage would work on my half virgin/half brassy orange brown hair.... and sally선생님 was super transparent about the condition of my hair! she promised to go as light as possible but also keep it healthy~ she was super attentive the whole process and super informative as well~ letting me know what was happening each step of the way as i was wary about how my hair would come out due to my fine hair being heavily deposited by all the box dyes. at the end though, i was able to get baby balayage done perfectly! she also cut my hair in a very flattering way at the end and gave me the perfect face framing front layers. and i am so happy with my results ~ my hair is perfect for the summer! (the pictures don't do my hair justice because it's much more brighter and ashier irl) highly recommend sally선생님 for coloring and cuts!! she's the queen of being 꼼꼼해 too !

I wanted to share my good experience with the service of SALLY SHIN, the hair dresser. I’ve seen her for over five years and I usually see my hair service for coloring and hair cut every two to three months. She is the BEST hair dresser I’ve ever met. She listens very carefully to the requests of the customers on every single point and takes care very well. She is knowledgeable anything related to hair and explains things in detail. She catches the point with good sense, exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend my hairdresser.

I've been going to Cindy and Alex for over 8 years for a straight perm! They do the BEST job. They combine the straight perm with keratin and it gives my hair soo much shine. I have naturally kinky and curly hair and with the treatment my hairs silky straight and even dries straight after the shower.
