I had my hair bleached, dyed, and cut by JiJi, and I absolutely love it! It was my first time visiting the salon, and I drove over an hour to get there, but JiJi made the drive completely worth it. She was extremely meticulous and detail-oriented with my hair. I’ve never been to a salon that does test strands, but she took the time to test a few different colors to make sure I got exactly the color I was looking for. I have a very complicated hair dye and bleach history, so my hair isn’t the easiest to work with, but JiJi was so determined to achieve the color I wanted. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave the salon feeling good about their hair. She’s super kind and attentive, so if you’re looking for a stylist at Sono Felice, definitely book with JiJi! 🩷

Today I went to this salon for a twist perm. As soon as I arrived, Gina welcomed me, explained the entire process, and then took me to have my hair washed. After washing my hair, she noticed that it was very dry and explained that a perm would likely damage it even more. Instead, she honestly recommended a deep hydration and hair reconstruction treatment, which I decided to do. For reference, the perm would have cost me $450, while the treatment was only $200. I can only appreciate someone who puts the quality of their work and their client’s best interests ahead of making more money. I highly recommend this salon, and I especially recommend Gina. She proved to be a true professional—knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. As a lovely surprise, she also gave me a leave-in hair treatment to take home as a gift. Thank you, Gina!

I went in for a pink balayage + cut and was very satisfied (before picture attached). This was my first time receiving a balayage! My hair stylist was Henry. He was very considerate, patient, and showed great attention to detail. The entire team also chipped in to clearly articulate how the colors would look and blend, as well as clear after care instructions. I can confidently say this salon truly cares about its craft and clients. Notably, Henry stayed late after closing to finish my cut and color with equal precision as when he had began. My hair texture is fine and really straight, so I was excited to get a digital perm from Christine. I wanted relaxed waves and she was really thorough in explaining what would work best for my hair texture and gave me great picture examples for me to decide. She took her time in ensuring the perm solution would work well and was careful and precise. Christine kept checking in and her team, Irene and Phillip, also made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She also gave me super thorough hair care and styling instructions, which I appreciate as someone who has no experience. Overall, the entire process was seamless and the entire team was extremely friendly and helpful. They even provided coffee and snacks, which saved me. 100/10 recommend and I’m definitely coming back!

I got a hippie twist perm and had an amazing experience! Gina is so kind and generous and explained how to maintain the perm very clearly. I had damaged hair from a previous perm at a different salon, and she was able to restore my hair before curling it again. She also offered me yummy snacks and some refreshing barley tea! These are people who care about the health of your hair and are incredible at what they do. Well worth the money!
