Wow—never in my life have I received such exceptional service at an auto shop. From the moment I walked in, the team took the time to truly listen to my concerns and thoroughly inspect my vehicle. What really stood out is that they don’t just tell you what’s wrong—they actually walk you through everything and physically show you what’s going on with your car. That level of transparency is so rare. Most places just jump straight to charging you for parts without even explaining the issue. They were also incredibly honest about the condition and lifespan of each part. Instead of pressuring me with “you need this replaced immediately,” they gave realistic timelines like, “you’ve got about 3 months before this needs attention.” As a single female, it can honestly be intimidating going into auto shops, but I never once felt taken advantage of here. They were respectful, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I’ve been searching for years for a shop like this—clean, respectful, and genuinely honest. I can confidently say I’m a lifetime customer now and will be referring everyone I know here. This is the best automotive repair shop in the city by far! Sergio and his team are truly caring knowledgeable trustworthy and professional, and they have taken excellent care of my automobile for years. I'm a lifetime LA Auto customer. Much gratitude to these folks!!

Don’t come here these guys charged me nearly $200 just to tell me my car “had a heart attack” overnight with no prior symptoms and how i needed a new engine for $7k (more than the whole car )😂 . They don’t write down numbers of any data , Wasted time and money these guys think they know everything, but they don’t. but they lowkey funny 😂 2 days later I changed my spark plugs and car is back to healthy running perfect no where near 7k spent 😂✌️

I had a very positive experience with LA Auto Center. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They explained the issue clearly and completed the work efficiently without any unnecessary upselling. The service was fast, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent.
