Fantastic experience with a company that stands behind their promise. Right from the start, Joyce handled communication very effectively and was prompt in getting me the right kind of services and products that would be appropriate for my needs. Due to certain unforeseen situations, we had to reschedule twice, and the team was very accommodating and understanding. We had a post-construction cleaning scheduled with the team, and they scheduled it over two days since the post-construction mess was too much to handle in one session. Over the two days, two personnel worked tirelessly to ensure the home was cleaned to our satisfaction. Andrew led the team and over the final walk through made sure every last detail was done to perfection. As a family, we couldn't be more happier with the experience. They even came back for a complimentary mopping once we moved in fully. Overall, this company stands behind their promise of customer satisfaction and you will not be disappointed either. For the price we paid, we are completely satisfied. We love supporting local businesses and we will be sure to engage with them for future needs. I am 76 years old and handicapped by injuries from a head-on crash. My house was in desperate need of a good cleaning, so I did some research and decided on La Clean. Joyce, who took my call, was very helpful and made sure what I needed. She set up an appointment for the very next day! Alex showed up on time and was very friendly... genuinely friendly, not acting. Best of all, he did a phenomenal job and made sure he got all the areas I no longer can. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them from now on!
