We had an amazing experience with Phil Chiem at the LA Furniture Outlet store. I visited on more than one occasion and he went out of his way to make suggestions on certain sofas we might like. He knew everything about them including the various sizes and colors available. He also helped direct us to different parts of the store where we might find what we were looking for. He was so friendly and pleasant and worked with us on pricing too. We will definitely come back for other pieces. We highly recommend coming to work with Phil at LA Furniture Outlet store!

Had a great experience with LA Furniture, especially working with Phil at the Commerce location. He was straightforward, no-nonsense, and made the entire process easy. He quickly sent me photos, measurements, and all the information I needed to make my decision without any pressure. What really impressed me was how responsive and helpful he was in getting everything coordinated. He even scheduled my delivery for the same week, which exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for honest service and someone who values your time, I highly recommend asking for Phil at the Commerce location.

What a great store!! Purchased this dining table for my place. Love it so much!! This location has such a huge selection gonna come back and buy some more stuff. Veronica helped me but all the staff there is great and knowledgeable. Dude 🐈 and Wookie 🐕 approve of our new table!

Best Furniture store in Los Angeles. Lots of modern furniture pieces, especially in sectional sofas. I ordered one of these sectional sofas today. This location is close to downtown Los Angeles…. It has three floors full of top line furniture. I Highly recommended it.

THIS PLACE IS A GEM. Typed in "furniture" to google maps and this came up - THREE floors of furniture instead of only seeing a few couches I saw DOZENS. Rodrigo helped us order our new couch less than 20 minutes after walking in the store. We have been looking for three years and he helped us find it in 20 minutes. They also have reasonably priced delivery which is great for me to not deal with the hassle. 1/27/26 update - This is truly the worst furniture purchase we have ever made. The legs of the couch needed to be replaced just days in and while the couch looks fine, almost all the cushions have collapsed and routinely slide off the couch and have to be reshaped daily. The chaise side is especially flat to where you can feel the structure underneath. We are average to small-sized people, this is not normal. You certainly get what you pay for and this is back pain, uncomfortable, and next to unusable. A massive buzzkill overall and a waste of money.
