Flavorful food, modern decor, friendly service

I went here for their soft opening. I really liked the atmosphere here as well as the food. We ordered four snail dishes, one banh hoi with grilled chicken, two salads, and shaking beef garlic noodles. The salad is refreshing. I ordered watercress shaking beef salad and the mango with softshell crabs (which is fried, so for healthy folks, beware)

Visited during their soft opening, so they were offering 10% off throughout July. Service was a bit slow during peak hours, likely because they’re still understaffed. This is from the former owners of Saigon Kitchen, so the menu layout and many of the dishes are very similar. The interior hasn’t been remodeled either, so it still looks much like the old Long Men Bay Hotpot. The menu has a wide variety of options, from seafood (including snails 🐌) to many different types of meat, so there’s something for almost everyone. Overall: It was worth trying once, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t return.

We were in the area and noticed that this place just opened today 07/10. The food was okay. You can definitely tell the waiters were new at what they were doing, they took a while to come to our table and tried to upsell one of the more expensive items on the menu. Everything was relatively new though, the place was very pretty inside. I think with time this place will get better, but as of now I think a 3/5 is pretty fair.
