I had two aggravated felonies in 1995 for over 30 years hanging over my head , I interviewed dozens of criminal attorneys over the past 20 years to vacate those old cases and all of them said it can not be done , or gave me a outrageous prices , after consulting with Sam Salhab , he submitted a well written petition to vacate my cases , we were able to dismiss one felony conviction completely and the other reduced to very light felony where it will not effect my immigration status. Sam, Garin and Angela are incredible. They advocated for me and walked me through every scenario. Seeing them in court every month helped me tremendously. I am very pleased with the work Sam Salhab and his team did on my court case. It was a long ordeal and it took a while but it got resolved exactly the way Sam told me would. Along the way I feel my case was worked on very diligently and my family and I appreciate the time and attention that was spent on this.
