My accident was 3 weeks ago, hired Mr. Milligan about week and half ago and he has been on it. He responds to all calls and text within 10-15 minutes typically, has answered any and all questions I’ve had. When I think it’s impossible he has made it possible. Highly recommended. He is beyond knowledgeable and very personable human being. Also his assistant Edna is a sweetheart and knowledgeable aswell. Not many law firms can you reach out to the attorney and have him answer your call or return text on a weekend even. He is VERY involved in his cases!!

After two law offices took my case and then dropped it. David Milligan came in and took my case over ,he handled everything above and beyond my expectations. He kept me informed from start to finish. He was there if I had any questions. Even moving from California to Puerto Rico, in the middle of the case, he didn’t miss a beat. His staff was always courteous and helpful. My trial isn’t over yet, but the law firm of David Milligan has impressed me immensely with their trial skills! David got the officer to admit that his whole report was speculation —no proven facts— and that statements attributed to other officers were not verbatim, but summarized by the investigating officer as deemed pertinent by him. He also got him to admit that inspite of evidence suggesting the possibility of an undiagnosed medical condition, that avenue was not explored. He exposed them for interrogating me while I was dying on the side of the highway, and for not checking with the ICU before questioning me again, while I was doped up (by the doctors) on fentanyl. In a court where the judge had obviously made up her mind before the hearing started, David has given me hope. I highly recommend the law office of David Milligan!

I’m a two time cancer survivor trying to overcome all the health issues that cancer and chemotherapy has left me with. I’m a single mother trying to live every moment I can with my beloved daughter. Life is a gift. Meeting wonderful people like David Milligan who truly loves volunteering and enjoys sharing God’s beauty and love bringing joy to others through the charity flights. Flying over Yosemite was truly amazing! David was incredibly knowledgeable, great interacting with us and getting my daughter engaged with where we were and what we were doing.
