San Diego is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Diego follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The chicken was awful in the fettuccine Alfredo … it was bland, dry & not very warm honestly.. I could have made better chicken. the Cajun fries are SOOOO good. YUM I crumbled the fries and put it in the pasta to help it taste better. LOL. Hubs and son really liked their burgers. They said 10/10 my daughter’s kid mac.. was nothing special. This place is So-So. Love the vibes but a bit sad I didn’t order something else better. The dog food bowl was a nice touch.

We need a Lazy Dog in every major city. It's very cool and masculine it almost feels like a cabin. The staff is dressed like lumberjacks. On the day I visited I noticed the staff is 80% male 20% female. The female where the hostess and the male the waiters, bussers and managers. The menu was incredible! Shocking to see they had something for everyone in the family and multi national choices as well. The menu cover is pure leather and the children's menu comes with crayons and stickers. The food is well presented and tasty. Kids have healthy choices as well as the usual items you see on kids menus. The art on the wall is fitting most of it is dog related and at the entrance you'll see two decor items that will impress you. The sculptures are made of metal. We enjoyed our meal and I think you will too, even if everyone in the family is wanting something different.

We recently dined at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar after a long day at San Diego Zoo, and while the meal had a lot of potential, the execution fell short of what could have easily been a 5-star experience. The flavors were definitely there across the board. The Firecracker Shrimp had an amazing flavor profile, but unfortunately the breading was soggy, which took away from what could have been a standout dish. The sea bass also had incredible flavor—the fish itself was soft and well-prepared, and the oil drizzled around the plate added a really nice complexity. However, the dish was served cold, including the cauliflower mash that came with it—and not just slightly cool, but cold. That really made it hard to fully enjoy what otherwise could have been an excellent entrée. We were super hungry and not ones to complain, so we just ate it, but it definitely impacted the experience. On a positive note, dessert was a huge portion and really good, and the service was friendly and welcoming. They also went the extra mile for the kids with dog headbands and an activity book with stickers, which was a fun touch and much appreciated. Overall, great flavors and a lot of promise, but inconsisten

We love coming here, with or without our dog. Good beer selection (I recommend their beer club, they get special releases from many well known and lesser known breweries alike). A good menu, consistently executed, that changes not too quickly. And the service is fast and friendly

I love this restaurant and this is one on my local rotation. The food is always fresh, delicious, and with excellent presentation. They have alot of great food choices including excellent burgers and they know how to cook a good steak! They also have a great beer sampler for a really good price.
