If I could zero stars I would. Prices are super high. And obviously they don’t stock shelves. Half the stuff is gone. And very poor customer service. I went thru self checkout tonight, attempted to purchase 80.00 worth off grocery’s. Milk rang up incorrectly but there was no one to check it, so the guy at the register walks all the way back to the store to check the price. Slowly! , I waited and finally told the other cashier forget it, take the milk off, I don’t want it. When I attempted to pay 77.00 for grocery’s, the screen spun in a circle, more waiting. Asked the clerk is it broken? Guess so he said.Then he took my cart and moved it 20 feet away, I asked him what am I suppose to put my grocery’s in? “Oh was that yours?” Yep it was. Oh he says. told him forget it, going to another store, left two full packs and a case of soda. Complete waste of my time - I don’t want the Manager writing an email saying oh so sorry! I want others to know this Luckys has very few products, prices are jacked up (unless you use a digital coupon)! What happened to caring for the paying consumer?

I like shopping here. Nice clean aisles. The staff is very nice to me - good hard working folks. They have a wide variety of items. I use the Lucky app to find good deals and clip digital coupons. I often buy delicious meat and produce for low prices on the weekends.

Update 1/9/26: I absolutely hate coming here but out of convenience I had to come here for some quick groceries. I decided to treat myself with some hostess donuts and then when I arrived at home, I noticed that the bag I bought was expired. I then had to go back to the store and get a refund or an exchange, but then I looked at the shelf and the rest of the donuts were also expired. For a store that’s as expensive as this one and markets itself as high-quality the fact that they have expired hostess on the shelf is ridiculous. I’ve attached images. they show a Best Buy date of November 11, 2025 when I purchased them January 9, 2026. Update 12/5/25: I needed some hydrogen peroxide and had to wait 25+ minutes in line for ONE ITEM since all but one self checkout were broken. This stores management is comical. Everything at the store is significant more expensive than every other grocery store the bay area. I’ve only ever seen one cashier working here despite their unbelievably high prices. They keep saying price cut on their items, but just a few months ago, the items were less than the price cut items. For example, fair life used to be $4.99 and then it became $7.20 and now they l

Very nice deals they had plenty of good deals Halloween candy is a dollar make sure you stop pick up some candy up they soda deals stop by see for yourself so many deals you can't go wrong I got lottery tickets but I didn't win it ok

Its to no wonder why there aren’t many of these stores left. This particular store had honestly the worst costumer service at a grocery store I have ever seen. The floral department charges $4.99 fee to rewrap your flowers something I get done about twice a week when I purchase flowers and I have never been asked to pay a rewrapping fee. My visit was at 9:05 - 9:15 a.m. There was no check stands open only self check out, an older women asked to see if any lanes were open and the employee very rude said u have to do it at self check out. -1 star
