I had a great experience at Lucky Strike Beverly Hills, and I want to give a special shoutout to Caleb at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made the check-in process quick and easy, answered all of our questions with a great attitude, and made us feel like valued guests. Excellent customer service he really makes a difference. Thanks, Caleb, for helping make our visit such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I came in twice for a birthday party and for a night out with my boyfriend. Both times were amazing. There is a guy named Caleb that works there and he is great! Very kind and helpful guy! Good customer service goes a long way. Hire more people like Caleb, Lucky Strikes!

We had such a great time! Joshua at the front desk was incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we arrived!! He showed us everything we needed and made us feel right at home. The whole team provided amazing service, and everyone went above and beyond. We had so much fun and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!!

Shout out to Emilio and Mary the bartender and server the only 2 there that didn't have an attitude and made it 2 stars instead of zero. So we come in, wait in line, go to front desk,they log us in tell us the wait is 3 people, ask shoes sizes. We think we're all good but they then proceed to tell us we need to scan the QR code to join wait list.OK, Why couldn't you add us to wait list during check in, or why even check in and not just scan qr. Why am I doing redundant activities to give you business. Anyway we sit near the bar. No one comes for over 10 minutes. Finally server whos name i forgot but starts with an M comes up first things she's say. "Hey what do you guys need?" Ummm, hi, thanks for coming in, sorry for the wait, can I start you off with something to drink would have all been acceptable but No, just attitude. So we ignore and order drinks. Before I can say the drink I want she goes. "I need IDs" so I pull out my ID and my wife realized hers in in the car. Mind you we have 2 kids at the table and are in our mid and late 30s. Haven't been carded in a while and never in fact been carded at that lucky strike. Anyhow my wife pulls out a photo of her ID, she doesn't ev

Took my daughter and her friends on a Sunday midday playdate to Lucky Strike, and it was absolutely perfect! The place wasn’t crowded at all, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Parking was super convenient since it’s located at the Beverly Center. I low key was a little worried because we just walked in with no reservations but, that was not an issue. We got a bowling lane right away no wait, which was a huge plus with a group of excited kids. Our server was super attentive and helpful from start to finish. She made sure the girls got their game cards as soon as they were ready for the arcade, and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. While the kids bowled, we enjoyed some drinks, pizza, and finger foods, everything came out fresh and tasty. After bowling, we headed to the arcade area, which has two fun sections for the kids to enjoy. We ended the day cashing in our tickets for prizes. Everything was so easy and well-organized. The venue is very clean and well-maintained no complaints at all. A great spot for family fun, especially for a relaxed weekend outing. Will definitely be back!
