I made a reservation for 2 lanes on a Friday night at the end of the night. I cancelled that morning due to a serious car accident of one of the kids that was going to play. I called customer service and they gave me the wrong email. After getting the correct email on the internet, I pleaded with someone or anyone in management to make an exception due to a car accident , and expenses to cover hospital bills. No response to my email.. I've called several times, left several messages, no response. This business is all about money, they didn't care that a child almost lost their life in an accident. Thank you Xlanes for your consideration. Great business ethics. It's obvious the owner Jay Chun only responds to positive reviews. Obviously he doesn't care about anyone's concerns. Not a family like establishment. Won't ever recommend.

XLanes is such a fun spot! Our office/team had a blast there. The location has an upbeat vibe, and the music keeps you going. The buffet of food was delicious, including a sweet treat to top it off. Parking is 4 hours free with validation. You don't see that very often in DTLA! Working with the Events Manager, Angel, was wonderful. He's responsive and a pleasure to work with. XLanes Manager, Cynthia, was super helpful at the end of night with our bowling scores. Our office will for sure come back to XLanes, and we can't wait!

AMAZING PLACE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. Bowling. Sports Bar. Pool. Darts. Arcade! Thank you for the XLanes staff for making our company outing so seamless and memorable. The pricing of everything was the cherry on top for all you get. Our food was delivered hot, ready and on time. I was able to sit back and relax and knew everything was taken care of. We had easy access to our VIP area host and had the most amazing night enjoying the bowling and pool! The food was delicious (try the fresh baked cookies!) We'll be back!

My job recently had our Holiday Party here and we had a fantastic time. Private bowling area was great. The food, service, and drinks were amazing. We didn't use it but they had an arcade, pool tables, and plenty of room if you just want to go and watch a game at the bar. Finding it inside the mall was a little tricky (3rd Floor), but aside from that 5 stars.

Great spot for a date or family time. However, if you’re a real bowler, It’s not the place. The balls wont ‘hook’ perfectly. They have great selection of appetizers - Pizza, Wings and fries. Cool bar area with lots of T.V.’s to watch the sports games. Pool tables and other fun games.
