For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, how long is the wait at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. American restaurants typically run lunch and dinner services with a quieter stretch in between, coffee shops open early, and many kitchens close earlier on Sunday. Cards and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere, a tip of 15-20% is customary for table service, and sales tax is added at the register.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 4–9:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (619) 303-0415. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is maranellosd.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 73 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded italian restaurants in San Diego.

San Diego is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Diego follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Come check out Maranello’s in Little Italy. Ordered Tagliata Al BalsΓ‘mico & everything about the dish was appetizing. My second time around I went with Ruotine Di Mare & I was more than satisfied. The food & service was a 10/10. I highly recommend you stop by & try this place out. Love the Ferrari theme & the amazing hospitality from everyone. I will most definitely be back.

I visited Maranello yesterday and absolutely loved it! The restaurant has a very interesting concept, a wonderful atmosphere, and an attentive, welcoming team. The Cheese Wheel Pasta was definitely my favorite, and the crème brûlée was the perfect way to end the evening. I would love to come back!

Visited with a group of girlfriends and this was the perfect spot for a girls night or a date night. The cocktails are to die for, the food is phenomenal and the staff is so professional. We shared the charcoal bread, the octopus, the burrata, the bruschetta and 3 pastas and each was so unique and mouth wateringly delicious. Don’t leave without trying the tiramisu! Thank you for one of the best meals I’ve ever had in San Diego!

Hello Friends, had a an incredible meal at a new spot called Maranello in Little Italy. They just opened a few days ago. Fun Ferrari theme and delicious well-priced food. And great service. They are one of the first restaurants I’ve heard of locally that has a Sarti Spritz! So good. Don’t miss the charcoal bread with the Calabrian butter.

Maranello is an incredible addition to Little Italy and easily one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve tried in San Diego. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is something special. The Ferrari inspired atmosphere is elegant, unique, and beautifully designed. The food was outstanding. As an Italian, I was genuinely impressed to find dishes that I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else in California. The Gnocco Fritto with speck and stracciatella was absolutely delicious, light, crispy, and perfectly balanced. The Veal Tortellini in Broth tasted just like home and brought back memories of authentic Italian cooking. We also had the Tagliata al Balsamico, which was cooked to perfection tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with fresh arugula, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and a rich balsamic glaze. Every dish was beautifully presented and made with top quality ingredients. My server Valentina made the experience even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on and her service was outstanding. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine in San Diego, Maranello is a must visit. It’s rare to f
