I have worked with Tim Scott and his firms over the past 20 years. A first class firm is an understatement. Honest. Results driven. Extremely knowledgeable. These are all traits you will find within this firm and I cannot say that based on my experiences with several others. I highly recommend them.

I can never fully express how grateful I am to Attorney Tim Scott for representing my son. Timothy Scott is one hell of a lawyer. And I say that with 100% honesty! He helped me out when I was in a clutch , when things didn't seem so promising and didn't feel like I would be able to feel real freedom again. Those of you who can relate to my situation and life style know that we ain't ever given the best Public Defenders, State Opponents or a good fighting Council, that's really going to fight for you. In my case Mr. Scott was my death penalty lawyer meaning he was a second lawyer on my case that wasn't even supposed to stick around once the death penalty was lifted up and when time came for him to go I told myself and the other lawyer that was supposed to stay!! That Tim Scott wasn't going to leave that I wanted him as my lawyer and if it came down to it Scott was the lawyer I wanted to take my case to trail And that i would do what ever it would take to keep Scott and fire the other one. Timothy Scott had everything I had thought and felt it would take to give me a date back home. No matter how much the other lawyer had try and hate. I knew I made the right choice! I knew it then Nd I k ew it now , especially even more now now because I write this review I'm sittin

Tim was always down to earth , kind approachable and available. Professional even when the situation is tough and the case and client were turned down by other lawyers. I feel like every member of the McKenzie Scott team became a friend and I’m thankful for their help and guidance and inevitably a good outcome for the person I’m a caregiver of. My experience with McKenzie & Scott was embarrassing and emotionally draining. I was a witness for THEIR client, in doing so I agreed to be disposed (questioned) by the opposing counsel. It was horrible and although a lawyer from McKenzie & Scott was present my interest clearly was not in their interest. I answered all questions truthfully and was forthcoming with any information in what became a hostile interrogation. I cried driving home. After that terrible ordeal I had come to find that the Officer that the incident stemmed from was not disposed of in entirety as I was. I felt that this was unfair. The case settled in favor of their client but as the witness that recorded the incident it left me feeling used by these lawyers that profess to help the little guy.
