This was one of the best urgent care experiences I've had as a walk-in patient. I was treated with friendliness by front staff, nurse, and the PA. The PA spent a lot of time explaining things ans answering my questions. She even called me the next day to follow up and check in on my condition. That's next level - above and beyond. In my experience, urgent care staff (front and medical) appear like they couldn't care less... just there to make a paycheck, but that was not the case here! I highly recommend this place and understand why it's highly rated now.

Excellent facility and experience. The staff is kind and attentive. I was in and out in a timely manner. They were clear about pricing before I stepped into the room. My voice was heard and I’ve recovered quickly. Dr. Helen has amazing bedside manner. Highly recommend.

I went in first thing on a Saturday morning and I came prepared to wait. I was able to park in one of the many available spaces in the lot out front with no problem, and luckily was in and out in about 20 minutes. The front desk was very friendly and Dr. Nordlund was quick, clear, comforting, and informative. With my insurance plan (BCBS) my copay was $60, which is a fraction of the quotes from urgent cares nearby. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy immediately and I was able to pick them up within 15 minutes. I’m only one round into my medication and I’m immediately feeling like myself again after stubbornly suffering all week. Thank you all so much! I hope I never need to see you again but if I do, I’ll gladly be back 🤣❤️

I love this urgent care. I never have to wait more than 20 minutes, the staff really cares and they are so friendly. I’ve never felt like other urgent cares take my concerns seriously but this place goes above and beyond to treat their patients. Nicole Nelson and Lillie are amazing and so attentive and helpful! Wish I could come here for primary care.

Another big advantage is that there are no long waiting lines — the process is efficient and smooth, which is very important when you’re not feeling well. Overall, this is a reliable and comfortable place to receive medical care. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for prompt and professional urgent care services.
