I’ve always really had aversion for MD offices and avoided getting blood work done for years because of it. NP Eliza made the entire experience feel safe, comfortable, and judgment free! She truly listened, made me feel cared for, and explained everything thoroughly without making me feel rushed. She even drew my blood herself, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. The whole visit was smooth from start to finish. I’m so grateful providers like Eliza exist! Thank you!

This is my second time coming to this urgent care, and each time the front waiting room was empty and I was taken back to a room and seen promptly. I wanted to leave a good 5 star review this time because I genuinely feel like (nice pretty lady 😊) Dr took the time to hear me out and do everything so thoroughly in order to make sure specific problems get specific proper treatment. For example, I went in for a wound on my ankle that wasn't healing properly, instead of just taking 1 look at it and writing me some basic antibiotic prescription and telling me something vague and obvious like "just keep it clean and take these pills", she took her time to ask multiple questions and then took samples so they can determine whatever may or may not be causing the problem (like if its infected what kind of bacteria and some other stuff I can't remember lol). She said they will call me tomorrow after they get the results and let me know if I need any antibiotics or anything else etc. To treat this situation effectively and finally get this thing to HEAL~the right way~ 🤌🏻 haha but yeah, this place is really great and I genuinely appreciate everything they've done

Amazing experience! All staff were very polite and nice! The doctor was very caring and friendly. Check in was a breeze. I called beforehand to check if they accepted a specific insurance and they did! They even made an appointment to not have to wait until they were available to assist with the problem. 100 percent recommended and will be coming back for any future urgent care needs!

This urgent care is truly top notch. Eliza, the NP, is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. My mom was seen right away, and for the first time, my mom genuinely felt heard and cared for at a medical facility. The entire place is also very clean and well maintained.

I went to Miracle Touch Urgent Care because I had a piercing I couldn’t remove. The dr/nurse who helped me was very friendly and patient and the rest of the staff were also kind and welcoming. They made what could have been a stressful situation really easy. Highly recommend!
