genuinely worst experience of my entire life. less than a few hours of my car being towed and they charged me over $500. and on top of that i was hung up on and cussed at. idk how this place is still in business. wish i could give negative stars. disrespectful and worst people working there.

Absolutely criminal, charging $533 before my car even gets to the lot is savage. Not only my car have been towed from weho to DTLA but also charging these insane prices! I understand I may have not got to my car in time at the parking lot Tho these prices the distance I had to travel to pick it up ruined my night

This is a horrible place and all they want to do is tow your car for no reason as well even if you want to leave your car for two minutes. They claim that their signs but purposely they put the signs hidden around the parking lot and to your car and ask you to pay $500 each for the car. They give you a military discount apparently as well. These people are scammers and are horrible people, and do not deserve anything in their life because they are well paid and they make a business out of this for no reason they asked for your IDs and take photos and expect Zelle payments. These people need to get arrested because this is illegal for no reason

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Jesse, one of the people who answers the phone and attendants on the lot, was not only rude, but became aggressive in his tone. He kept cutting me, a young woman, off every time I tried to say something. They also would not provide a copy of the report, which is illegal. I will be taking up this matter legally, and if this company ever tows you, please do not let them scam you. You have rights!

They are criminals and scammers. I was forced to pay cash (thousands of dollars) when I picked up my car. THIS IS ILLEGAL- do not fall for it! Over a year later, I just got a debt collection notice from Metro Towing saying I never paid. I called them demanding answers. They said that no one told me I had to pay cash because that’s illegal. Then he asked if I had a video of the guy telling me I had to pay cash?? Then they told me to prove I had my car by going outside and taking a photo of it. They’re complete clowns. May karma and a lawsuit find them. Photo + video everything when you’re dealing with them and do not pay cash!
