Everyone else seems to have a good experience with this location, so maybe mine is a fluke. I emailed over a very simple print job for a quote. It took 3 days for a response. In the response they asked a few questions, which I promptly answered. Two more days with zero response. I gave up and emailed two other local printers. Both of those other printers responded to my emails within hours. I don’t understand how this business can make money if they ignore new orders. Hopefully a manager or owner sees this and tries to fix the problem.

Dario was fantastic in helping out with customizing the exact prints and wedding favors we needed. Would highly recommend in terms of service and quality!

Love this place and have printed greeting cards, banners and other items here regularly over the past 13-14 years. Great work, great prices, great staff. Special shout-out to Dario regarding my latest order - he and no doubt others were utterly helpful and patient as I navigated my first time designing my own cards without the help of a pro graphic designer. Thank u!

The staff at SLB were really helpful and even gave me samples of paper and printing to test for an art project using the print in an unconventional way. Everything came out perfect thanks to their expertise. Old school values with modern tech is a winner. I will definitely be going back for future printing needs! Thanks Courtney!
