I had a need for a quick turnaround on labels for a mezcal bottle. I was already extremely happy with the artwork I walked in with. If I could give this company a 0, I would. I genuinely do not know how this company has so many high ratings. This service is not 24/7 and they do not understand the products they advertise to sell. The person I’ve been in contact with is extremely unprofessional. Do not pay for same day without checking how busy they are, as that could take a few days (which is astronomically different in price; in my case it was 170$ vs 50$ between same day and next day) and they will not tell you ahead of time that they are busy if you don’t call. They agreed to a time they couldn’t commit to, not even bothering to start the order until the day was basically over (despite agreeing to a 2 pm deadline, after pushing my requested deadline back). Payment has to be made up front as well for a service they might not be able to provide. For sticker sheet printing, for some reason, they count quantities by individual kiss cut stickers despite selling in sheets, which is false advertisement (especially when a 4 in by 6 in sheet can hold a bunch of stickers of various shapes and designs). Their user interface for sticker ordering is essentially copied from other sticker companies in the area, yet they

G, Arci & team are the best! They printed beautiful table toppers, banners, branded tablecloths right on the spot as I was super pressed for time with a last minute event. & the delish DELISH kabob meal I had straight off their grill kept me fully nourished and happy while I waited! Where else can you have printing needs handled late night? Ya, they really are open 24/7.
