Wow. Incredible. We’re huge BBQ fans, and this easily made it into our top two favorite BBQ spots. The sliced brisket was smoked to absolute perfection, the ribs practically fell off the bone, and the sausage was a 10/10! The house made sauces paired so well with the meat without overpowering it. We also tried the street corn and the Texas chili, and both were fantastic. If you can’t decide what to order, start there and you won’t be disappointed. Moo’s!! Thank you for reminding me why I love great brisket so much!!

Moo’s Craft Barbeque absolutely lives up to the hype of being some of the best Texas BBQ in Los Angeles. But fair warning: come prepared to wait… and wait… and wait. There’s usually a line before they even open, and it does not move quickly. People take their time ordering, and the food itself takes a bit to come out — but honestly, it’s worth it. The bar is separate from the main ordering line, but they’ve got a great drink menu. The must-order item is the Korean sticky burnt ends. The glaze is absolutely unreal and easily one of the best bites of BBQ I’ve had in LA. Also, the mac & cheese is ridiculously creamy and comforting. Pro tip: even though it’s not on the menu, they do have sweet tea if you ask. The music was 👌🏼 If you’re serious about BBQ, this spot is a pilgrimage. 5/5.

Worth the wait and worth the price. I would always drive by and notice the line.I especially wanted to try this location. Everything was good.I've tried the mexican dark lager. It was great, it was very light for being kind of dark craft beer. A lemonade and a michelada, were also good very refreshing. And now comes the food. I got the El trio and this did not disappoint the pork ribs. The sausages and the brisket all good lean, flavorful, and you could literally cut these all with a plastic spoon. The ribs were my favorite. I could not stop eating them. And the science were the best. Kimchi fried rice mac and cheese red potato salad.All good and full of flavor. The mac and cheese crunchy cheesy fresh was so good.The kimchi fried rice with fried pork belly in.It was my personal favorite.I ate the whole thing. Yes, it was a very long wine. Yes, you did have to wait and yes, it was very pricey, but this was one of the best barbecue that I had, since i've been back in california, we're definitely stopping by here again.

for a Michelin, Bib Gourmand restaurant, I really did expect a lot. food influencers hyped the place up a lot as well. first off, i told the cashier I wanted my order for takeout, which he understood because he told me not to sit at any of the tables to preserve space for the dine-in guests, but then when it came time to pick up my food, it was on trays for dine-in, which was also when i realized it said dine-in on my receipt. so I had to tell the staff member that it was to-go and not dine-in, which she seemed visibly irritated about (understandable) and quickly packaged the food. as for the food, the meats (brisket, ribs, and sausage) were way less juicy than I expected. yes it was tender, but a little dry. I felt like i had to dip it in the barbeque sauce for it to taste great. the sides were not bad, coleslaw and cucumber were standard, but the mac n' cheese could use a little extra seasoning. overall, i think Moo's Craft Barbecue is decent bbq if ur in the area, but it's not worth the trip if you're coming from far away. like another reviewer said, I honestly had better food at Lucille's.

We tried it for the first time today and the brisket was the winner. We really wanted to try the beef ribs but sadly learned that was only available on Saturdays. We tried the sausage, ribs, hamburger, cole slaw, mac & cheese, along with the brisket. We got half orders of ribs and brisket. The two ribs we thought were a little small for the amount. The brisket was way better and seemed like it was more meat. The mac and cheese was tasty but the coleslaw had no taste whatsoever. It’s as if they forgot some ingredients. The hamburger was ok, but didn’t know why it was considered good. We like our burgers juicy, and this one was thick but a bit dry. Their jalapeño pickles were great and the regular pickles. We felt bad for not eating the bread but that seemed unnecessary for us. We would definitely come back for the brisket.
