Stayed overnight and never again. The bathrm door had a dried blood stained handprint. The towels were small, thin and worn out. One had a hole in it. We asked for extra towels and they said they have a limit so no extra towels to give but they can exchange it. I get it that there's no toiletries, hair dryer, iron etc...but No closets either?! The shower curtain didn't stay closed so water splashed on the toilet seat and the floor. The bathroom door knob didn't lock. The fridge worked fine but had a cracked hole inside the door. Someone left their hair clip on the window curtain because it didn't close very well. The AC system was loud too. We stayed on the first floor because I couldn't do stairs with my bad knee. We stayed in rm 106 and we can hear the guests above us walking everytime and the floor would creak as well. Didn't get rest because of that. What we paid for a night stay was not worth it. I don't recommend this place for relaxation. It made me feel more anxiety.

This motel 6 at the convention center location was different from all the other Motel 6 that I have stayed out. This particular Motel 6 which is part of their reservation is to take a physical copy of the Driver's license or ID and have you sign it with signature after you sign the electronic part on the Motel 6 portal. This is the first time that this has happened. But the manager or owner of that particular Motel 6 mentioned is something she does to all her reservations or people that want to stay at that particular location. The stay was okay.

Negative stars would be best. Arrived to find the hotel had no power! Asked to cancel my reservation and was told no. They would charge me for the night regardless. Then I was told I had to pay cash even though they had my credit card on file. The little girl at the desk said "no cash no room. It was 10pm and they would not let me cancel so I could stay elsewhere. Long story short. It was like being in a black closet. No AC, no lights, no hot water. Non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Cigarette holes in sheets and bedspread. The manager actually told me to sleep with the door open since the ac wasn't working. Really? Worst experience ever! I requested refund and was told no. They didn't give me an option to go elsewhere where it was safe since they insisted on charging me regardless. Stay far away from this place. Bad news!

Refused to credit me back for checking out 1 day early. For 2 rooms for me and my worker. Maid me pay for not staying there. I have used motel 6 for years and this has never happened. Probably a good thing because they had cockroaches bed spreads were very stained and had a lot of holes in them.. I will never use motel 6 again because of this.

The only reason I'm giving this motel 5⭐️'s is because of KAREN. When I checked in, she was sweet and very nice, & professional. Made my trip for the Jokoy show enjoyable. But if I had to rate this motel based of TOM, the morning staff it would've been -5 stars. He was really rude and rushed us out before check out. Before 11am, we were contacted 4 times. 2 via phone, 2 via knocks on the door, all before 11am. He waited out our door while I took things to the car harassing my wife. I got in to a full fledged argument with this dude. Not friendly or helpful at all. A woman, I'm assuming was his mother made him go to the office, because it started to get heated. All in all, im thankful for her. We drove from Fresno California for the show and loved the area around the room. Short walk to SAP center, good price, comfy bed, safe area. So I won't let one bad apple, (TOM), ruin their review. You want people like Karen working for you, not Tom.
