I needed a same-day ring resizing on a tight deadline for my engagement shoot, and I am so grateful I found Nguyen Jewelry and Repair Studio. From the start, Jimmy was super kind, reassuring, and meticulous about getting my exact size right. I instantly felt confident leaving my ring in his hands. They completed the resizing in under two hours, and I was absolutely blown away by the final result—it fit perfectly! As a thoughtful bonus, they even polished it, making it look brand new. My ring has never looked or felt better. Massive thanks to Jimmy and his father for saving the day and helping me feel better about my engagement photos!

I've been coming to the Nguyen family for years for new jewelry pieces and resizing/repairs, and when my fiancée and I decided to fully custom design her engagement ring, Johnson and his family made the whole experience feel effortless. We got to hand-pick the exact diamond, worked through a few design iterations until everything felt right, and even saw a 3D print before the final piece was made. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and never rushed us. She loves how the ring turned out, and Johnson, Jimmy, and their dad always make sure we leave feeling happy every time. had a wonderful experience with Jimmy and highly recommend his services. I needed both my wedding ring and engagement ring resized, and after stopping by the store, Jimmy was able to help me right away. I dropped my rings off in the afternoon and they were ready just two hours later, which exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Jimmy was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel confident that my rings were in good hands. The resizing was done beautifully, and my rings fit perfectly. While I was waiting, I spent some time exploring Grand Century and enjoyed walking around the center. There are plenty of places to eat, grab a boba, or get a coffee, which made the wait fly by. I also had a chance to look at some of the other jewelry services Jimmy offers and was impressed by the range of repairs and custom work available. I’m so glad I came here. If I ever need jewelry repaired, resized again, or even want to create something custom, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend Jimmy and his team.

Last year we brought in my sister’s necklace in for repair and several rings to be resized. We instantly gravitated to Jimmy and his dad. Their customer service was outstanding and so was the job that they did on the repair and resizing of my rings. My mom and I came back today to get our loose diamonds set in a ring and once again Jimmy and his dad took amazing care of our needs. Everything exceeded our expectations. They are great at what they do and I highly recommend them for quick and fast repairs and all jewelry sourcing needs!

This place is great! Jimmy was very helpful very professional took my order and delivered on his offer. I took a custom ring in that I had made to get engraved and gold plated. I needed to buy a certain time and date which was three days from when I dropped it off and they got it done and back to me in that time. I highly recommend this location for professional and quality service! Thanks, Jimmy!
