For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, how long is the wait at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. American restaurants typically run lunch and dinner services with a quieter stretch in between, coffee shops open early, and many kitchens close earlier on Sunday. Cards and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere, a tip of 15-20% is customary for table service, and sales tax is added at the register.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 6 pm–2 am. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (619) 888-4713. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is nobleexperimentsd.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 922 reviews, which is a strong result for a bar in San Diego and suggests consistent service.

San Diego is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around San Diego is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

By far the most delicious cocktail i have ever had. There is no menu. You literally build a relationship with the bartender or should i say master curator. Really great experience and the drinks were literally custom made for me and out of this world! I can't wait to come back! Gavin is the man!

You need to first enter the Neighborhood restaurant and bar, the entrance of the speakeasy is deep inside the restaurant behind the barrels. Great drink and great service! The bartender is very chill and creative, I really enjoy the perfect mixture of flavors. Would love to come again and try out different things. Even though there is a website, they do not take reservations online. You need to go in person and register yourself in the line. It’s recommended to go there at 6 PM when the shop opens. Otherwise if it’s after 9 PM, the wait could be over 30 minutes. The interior is not very spacious only several small tables and a lineup bar sitting. But the design and atmosphere is great.

Atmosphere: 8/10 Hidden inside the Neighborhood restaurant in Downtown San Diego. Dim, shadowy space with a catacombs-inspired vibe. Backbar looks good. Seating includes bar seats and booths, both comfortable. Music volume is good for conversation. Surrounding area feels a bit sketchy, but once inside, the atmosphere works. Drinks: 8.5/10 Recommendation: Bartender’s Choice No menu—bartender’s choice only. Drinks are well executed with solid flavor construction. Coasters provided. Glassware is average. Garnish and presentation, including ice, are basic but clean and functional. Service: 8/10 Water served on arrival. Friendly, professional, and attentive team. Walk-in only. Prices are average for San Diego. Your APBG-Bar Hack: Combine with a Young Blood visit and eat at Neighborhood to complete a full evening.

We stumbled into Noble experiment looking for another bar entirely. Those of you who know the Bar attached to Noble experiment will know which bar I’m talking about. We were here for the artificial intelligence conference, and it was fun to watch all of our fellow nerdbos navigate the bar scene. (See the funny photo of the exterior, I’m the one woman standing outside). On to the review I really really enjoyed the SPECIALITY cocktails they offered. And our bartender was wonderful. However, Some of the standard drinks that we asked for felt like they were meh, not excellent. Hence the four stars. But all of their special drinks were really quite good. In other words, the old-fashioned was a little bit blah, but my disgruntled Mai Thai which was one of their specials, was really quite good! I love the fact that they actually turned the underberg bottle upside down on it (you can see in the video the bartender was a little nervous)! He was in great spirits and was fun. The other reason I’m giving four stars is that although our bartender was excellent, some of the other bartenders seem to be a little less in high spirits. At some point, I found somebody’s cell phone in the bathroom, a
