We have been with one touch cleaners for about 6 months now after leaving another cleaning service. OneTouch is by far superior in attention to detail. I give credit to Flor S. She is our usual cleaner and always goes above and beyond in her cleaning. She doesn’t just clean, she makes our home feel welcoming! Flor is amazing and I highly recommend asking for her by name if you need service.

Leaving my second review and I am so happy with the cleaning service! They were SO quick, shockingly quick, but the service was excellent… they went above and beyond even picking up outside around the front door. I just hired them for a weekly service now. They have great pricing too!

The booking and admin process was a bit rough - they were very communicative and kept me in the loop with everything, but kept on trying to move the appointment (confirmed for different times 3x in 24 hours) and changed the cleaner assignment many times. Lots of back and forth. However, the cleaner they sent to my home, Angelica, was fantastic. I booked the Standard Clean (4 hours) and added on “Organization” (added on an hour in time) — worth every penny. My place was sparkling clean and my closet was beautifully organized.
