My fiance and I had an amazing experience designing her engagement ring at Or Diamond. Prior to discovering Or Diamond, my fiance wanted to find a smaller jeweler that we could sit down with and have a more personal experience. From the start, we were welcomed very warmly and felt very comfortable interacting with Ly and Sovann. Ly was very patient and presented us with many options as we narrowed down what we ultimately wanted this special ring to look like. I wanted to add a special engraving to the ring that Ly kindly cautioned may be a little too detailed for the narrow space, but assured me they would figure out the best way to make it work. Not only were they able to add the exact look I was hoping for, but they also made a plastic mockup to show me prior to casting the ring. My fiance has gotten many compliments from strangers telling her how beautiful and sparkly her ring is. I'm very thankful for Or Diamond creating such a special ring and highly recommend them to anyone seeking their services.

I found Or Diamonds through a Google search because I wanted my partner to have a unique setting. It was a very cool experience because we designed the ring. The owners were very responsive, friendly, and did a great job. They also had an added perk of cleaning our jewelry for free anytime whether it came from there or not, so sweet of a gesture.

We worked with Or Diamond to design my custom engagement ring, and I could not be happier with the experience and the final product. I had in mind a two stone ring with unique gemstones, and Or Diamond was so helpful and patient with us in finding various stones for us to evaluate. They helped me find a sapphire that wasn't exactly what I originally had in mind but was actually better, and they helped my partner find a gorgeous lab diamond that fit a very specific prompt of what he was looking for. After the stones were selected, my partner worked with them to sketch a rough design, and then they designed the final ring based on his idea of an infinity band + a set of preferences that I had provided early on. The end product was perfect - I love my ring so much! The Or Diamond team is also just such a pleasure to work with - incredibly knowledgeable, patient, sweet, and we look forward to working with them again soon to create our wedding bands.

After we had visited a couple larger chain jewelry stores where nothing had really caught my eye, we met with Ly, who patiently walked us through all the minute details over several sessions to craft a beautiful design that showcased a stunning center stone of our choice and seamlessly incorporated personalized side details. Ly kept us updated during every step of the process, and I was even able to try on the unfinished ring once it was casted to ensure I loved the design and fit. I’m immensely thrilled with how the ring turned out, and we will definitely be back to design our wedding bands. I can’t recommend Or Diamond enough!
