Rachel was absolutely amazing! We’ve had her as our server two visits in a row, and both times she provided outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Her positive attitude and great customer service made both dining experiences even more enjoyable. It’s rare to have consistently excellent service, and Rachel definitely deserves recognition. We look forward to coming back and hope to have her as our server again. Thank you, Rachel, for making our visits so enjoyable!

Everything about my visit was great, and the staff provided good service. However, I was disappointed by something I overheard from the manager while seated near the kitchen. The manager was coaching the servers on how to increase sales by encouraging customers to purchase alcoholic beverages and desserts. While I understand that every business aims to increase revenue, the conversation came across as more focused on upselling than on providing a genuine customer experience. Customers are individuals, not sales targets. For example, I spent $115 during my visit without any additional suggestions being made to me. I believe businesses are most successful when they focus on creating value and building authentic relationships with their customers. When the priority is excellent service rather than simply increasing sales, growth tends to follow naturally. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience and hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit in which it is intended.

I have been coming here for the past year. The food and service has been the best out of all the Outbacks Locations I have been to. One thing I have to praise is the Mac and cheese - they season it and cook it very well at this location. I like the outback's steak thats served Fri-Sun. I enjoy the fast and amazing service. The waiters here are so kind and upbeat. The atmosphere is great, families always celebrating or noise level is great. I love this place.

I can't believe what I have been missing out on for so many years! Our first visit with my fiancé and It was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by the hostess with smiles and a great attitude this is always the first and most important impression of a restaurant we felt genuinely welcomed :) . Our server was Rebecca Kline, she was amazing and you could tell she was a pro at her job she's knowledgeable and knows about good quality, food and steaks! She gave us great recommendations and checked in on us at the right times. It's honestly hard to find real servers with great attitudes now a days we enjoyed our meal even more it was a great experience. Time for the food! I had to give compliments to the cooks and chefs. it's the little things that count to me. for example, finally I had a beautiful well-made wedge salad with all the proportions made right not too much dressing not too little toppings it was just right and made beautifully. I got the Rib eye steak made to perfection just how I asked MR and juicy perfectly seasoned with and amazing side of sweet baked potato whole with skin on, it was amazing ! Today was my Daddy’s birthday December 6, 2025 and Mariah was our Fabulous server. Her customer service was impeccable! We both felt really seen and heard and appreciate her very much. Thank you so much, Mariah! Her manager was also very kind and helpful and he truly appreciated the report we gave him about our lovely server Mariah.
