You guys were amazing, today I am able to walk without pain. I will be returning to see you Marielena along with my husband and friends. Thank you so much for providing such miracles. For many years I have been treated with acupuncture, Chinese herbs at times, and massage at Pacific College of Health Sciences. Everyone from the front desk staff, senior student interns, and doctors are kind, gentle and thorough. I believe they have the best prices anywhere in the San Diego area for these effective treatments for balancing one's energies, body functions, & restoring & maintaining health.

Edith my financial advisor has truly been a gem and stellar at guiding me through my financial aid process. Not only that, but she goes above and beyond to explain what each steps entails. she includes other small guidance along the way to help me navigate college life when things gets a-bit confusing! I will highly recommend Edith as your go to financial advisor and some other helpful tips and tricks to navigate student life :)

I had one of the best acupuncture treatments of my life with Bri Hurley, a senior student at this location, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I originally went in for issues related to high blood pressure, insomnia, foot swelling, and stress—and the results were truly impressive. I’ve seen licensed practitioners with decades of experience, and Bri’s skill level is absolutely comparable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about acupuncture points and overall health, and she also adds beautiful, thoughtful touches like sound bowls for deep relaxation, which made the experience even more powerful. Her demeanor is calm, compassionate, professional, and confident. She explains things in a clear and concise manner and truly works miracles! She will graduate soon I think in April 2026 and I would highly encourage people to try her additionally the initial/new patient appointments are only $42 or so which is a steal of a deal cause not only is our health priceless but that really is a great deal for a lengthy appointment where they can target multiple health issues .

Extremely long hold times to get someone to pick up the phone to book. Good luck getting any one to pick up the phones. Clinicians are amazing and take so much pride in their work, wish the administration did the same. It’s just awful support for patients trying to book. Booking a clinic appointment is a disaster and gets worse each year. How hard is it to get a functional booking system for how much you charge students to attend get it together. UPDATE: since this review was written 2 months ago the phones are no longer monitored and you will not get a live person when you call. You’re expected to leave a message and someone will call you hours from now. So clearly the feedback given about poor operations fell on deaf ears and blind eyes.
