San Jose is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around San Jose is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I had a great experience at Pizza Antica. We ordered a couple of pizzas, and they were delicious with fresh ingredients and a perfectly crisp crust. For starters, the focaccia bread was warm, crisp, and absolutely delicious, while the calamari fritti was outstanding—crispy, flavorful, and one of the highlights of the meal. We also finished with the brownie for dessert, and it was superb—rich, warm, and the perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and the outdoor seating is pleasant, although it can get a bit noisy. I’d recommend sitting indoors if you’re looking for a quieter dining experience. Overall, a great place for quality pizzas, appetizers, and desserts.

Great spot if you have a gluten allergy. Came with friends who have an allergy and they clearly mark the menu! I had the gnocchi which does unfortunately have gluten. My pictured pizza looked very similar to the gf pizza, they definitely gave less sauce on mine so the crust puffed out. Bathroom was very clean. Liked that there is a bar section and an indoor seating section indoors, as well as an outdoor seating area that is covered.

We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area for our Saturday evening meal with 3 generations of our family. Service was quick and our first server changed with seamless attention. Presentation of all food was good. The specialty pizza with potato and oregano was light and flavorful. The spaghettini with ground sausage proved a unique twist on ground beef, with good flavor. The brussel sprout salad seemed a little bland and the croutons were tiny and mixed in rather on top. It would have benefitted from a zippier sauce. The Paloma and apple spritz offer great presentation and excellent taste The venue has a noise level outside consisten with passerby going by. Inside the venue us loud in two of the three semi separate dining areas and quieter in a bad area. All dining areas and tables are accessible height. The bar offers mostly high top seating g an accesible 2 person area near one of the 3 TVs all focused on NCAA basketball The outdoor area is crowded. Attentive service Accessible mens and women’s restroom with heavy push door. Diaper changer and high chairs Accessible pay by app upon leaving in Santana Row mall garage. Street parking is very challenging at busy times. Menus are p

If you want to have a foodgasm in the Santana Row area, this is the place to be. The fennel sausage pizza , topped with Italian sausage, caramelized onions and mushrooms with pecorino is a melt in the mouth pizza. The potato and ricotta gnocchi was yet another culinary delight. The pillowy gnocchi on a bed of creamy ricotta sauce along with pesto was topped with well dressed arugula and crunchy pine nuts was delicious. The apple and wild arugula salad was crisp and fresh! Overall a great meal to enjoy with family and friends
