I can't call them. I deposited some money before I went to the Philippines. I want to withdraw and close it but up to now I haven't gotten my money

The branch was closed even though it was listed as OPEN online. We drove one hour to get there, only to find the branch closed. Simply stating that "holiday hours may affect" is not enough, because that could also mean shortened business hours—not that the branch is completely closed. If the branch is closed for a holiday, it should clearly state Closed. Another issue is that the phone number is essentially useless. No one answers, and there is no way to reach anyone. This is a bank, and customers should be able to contact the branch during business hours. I never expected this level of service in the U.S. The customer service has been very disappointing. After reading many similar negative reviews, it seems that customers have been raising these concerns for a long time, yet there has been little to no effort to improve the service. Terrible!

06/04/2026 I never had a bank account in the Philippines so I decided to open one just incase we are able to sell our property in the Philippines this year. One thing I noticed is that this location has a very poor rating so I had to make my own review based on my experience instead of relying on other previous visitors. My experience is good so far. The gentleman who helped me by the name of Rolfea Sison was very nice and patience dealing with me while filling up their forms. I was able to open an account and I paid $250 in total. I was also told to wait about 3 months (till Septembet or October 2026) to hear from them. So this review is subject to changes and update anytime.

I flew from Sac. to LA just to open a Bank account with all the requirements needed ,a lady receptionist talked to me to get a letter of award from SS as one of the requirements, so i went to SS when i got there was a huge line ,i waited for 3 hours for them to call my number then they told me i don't need it because i am not retired yet ,by then the bank closes at 3pm, its just a waste of time and money.

TERRIBLE BANK No respect for customers. Need 2 IDs and proof of where the money is from for a deposit? OMG - just take the money; I can understand for withdrawal but deposit?! Rude staff, long wait. I wish there were other options for banking I. The US for the Philippines.
