Horrible. This was a last resort, and it’s the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. For just a few dollars more, I could have stayed somewhere else. They have spiders, bedbugs, and small cockroaches. The bathroom wasn't even clean enough to take a shower, let alone use the toilet—it was already filthy. The whole place was smelly and dirty. Honestly, they should be reported to the health department. And as for the price... it’s far from what it should be. It shouldn't cost more than $20 USD compared to what else you can find out there.

We had an extremely disappointing stay and checked out early after finding bed bugs in the pillowcases. The room was clearly not cleaned before we arrived: there was trash under the bed, someone else’s luggage was still in the room, the trash can hadn’t been emptied, and some of the furniture was literally held together with tape. The curtains were ripped, and there were no screens on the windows. The fan barely worked, so you either keep the windows closed and suffer in the heat, or open them and let bugs in. The bathrooms were also in poor condition. There was no hand soap or towels provided, and the bathrooms themselves were pretty dirty. On top of that, the noise from airplanes taking off and landing nearby was very loud and constant, which made it hard to relax or sleep. To make matters worse, management denied that there were bed bugs and refused to offer us a refund, despite what we found in the room. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort were far below acceptable health standards.

BEWARE! BED BUGS! This hostel is extremely unsanitary, doesn't offer towels and is very stingy with toilet paper. The second night at the hostel I woke up with burning and itching on legs arms ankles and back. When I woke up I found tons of marks on my body. When reporting to management , who also refused to give me her name, she tried to convince me it was mosquitom bites and was extremely rude. When I asked to speak with the owner a woman named Rita cane on the phone to also deny any possibility of me getting bitten by bedbugs at her hostile. When I told the staff that other guests commented that there had been complaints of bed bugs recently the manager again tried to convince me that the last incident was 5 years ago. Do your research on this place the bed bug reviews are plentiful - they even tried to have me sign an NDA and have yet to provide a refund. In fact they keep stalling by responding with credit card numbers that don't apply to us then when we show them the actual receipts of their charges with the actual credit numbers they don't reply. Their front desk manager is a salty crook and the hostel is basically a homeless shelter that you have to pay for. It's disgracef
