まずい: Not good. Too many strong flavors that do not combine well and are competing for attention. This does not at all resemble ramen in Japan, and while they are clearly aiming for a creative take on Ramen, it’s not successful. I’m quite disappointed given the high ratings overall. Also, it was extremely expensive for a bowl of ramen

Incredible ramen! We loved it so much that we came back the very next night to have it again. The first night, we ordered one bowl and two half orders of the sushi rolls, and it was plenty of food for two. The next night, we each got a bowl, and one was definitely too much for me to finish, but it was nice to be able to try two more flavors. My favorite was the No. 5 Yuzu (pretty sweet), and my second favorite was the Red Hot Bowl! It definitely has a kick, but it’s so good. The rolls are definitely a unique experience, and if you’re not sure which one to try, go with the sweet chili taco! Make sure you order the ramen signature style!! 💯 The atmosphere is really nice, and they’re open super late, which is a huge plus. Parking can be tricky, so I’d recommend taking an Uber or walking if you can.

The smokey taste is unique and really cool part of the experience if you get a signature broth but even for vegan ramen it really makes you wonder where all the ingredients are. Like all they do is sprinkle on some corn & arugula and call it a day. Where are all the vegetables? Throw in some shiitake, enoki and oyster mushrooms or at least some menma and nori? The broth is okay, it makes up for lack in complexity by having strong flavoring (Salty for the Truffle and Sourness in the Yuzu) Also the wait is relatively long if it's even remotely busy. Skip this place if you don't care about the smokey experience or if you're not vegan. Jinya is literally down the street.

We had the signature, truffle salt, and yuzu sesame. The signature was the best, the yuzu sesame was the most distinct from other vegan ramen we've had, and the truffle salt was pretty salty. Even for me, a salt fiend, it was a tad salty. The noodles had the right about of chew to them but the broth was lacking in flavor. For $20, I've had better ramen with more ingredients. The service was friendly and the place cozy. The staff were helpful. Outside the place it reeks of urine. It is what it is, what can you do.

LOVED it!! I got the red hot miso ramen in signature style and I’m mostly speechless. 🥹 Flavors are blessing to the taste buds. The smoky touch adds the oomph. I’m only visiting LA, so I’m almost crying. I want to try more flavors. The dumpling tasted really good and the staff is kind and environment is chill. Great job! :)
