San Jose is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around San Jose is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My mom came in today because she got bit by her dog in her hand got sold up and so I was worried she might have an infection... The whole staff was very kind and very helpful. Everyone from the security guards to the nurses to the doctor was just wonderful to work with. Even the people that weren't working with us. I could see that they were just buzzing around doing a fantastic job. Thank you all kindly for your efforts and I really appreciate the culture you guys have going on over there.

This hospital serves the population on the east side of the city. The facility is excellent, and the doctors and nurses provide very good care

Ive had epilepsy for my whole 49 years of my life and this is the worst clinic I've been in my life. I'd rather have a tattoo on my face that says never take me to this clinic. #F.U.B.A.R. If I could give it no stars I would.

Went in around midnight (April 2026) with Rapid AFIB & I am 70 yrs old with Medicare advantage insurance plan (not freeloading). I was left in a small room next to ambulance entrance doors and across from intake (4' away maybe). I was left in an ice cord room for 14 hours on a gurney bed. Filthy, bloody, high people were sitting AT the door to my cubicle & wandering in, had to tell 2 different high as hell people to get out. I asked a nurse for a warm blanket and she snapped at me "You have 5 blankets on you, just wrap one around your shoulders. LIE! I had 2 blankets (really they're just cheap rag sheets) over me & 1 I was using over my head to create a lil heat tent. I asked serval nurses for a warm blanket. Finally a nurse brought in 2 folded up, tossed them on the chair (I couldn't reach), and walked out. They weren't warm. Granted I have tattoos & had my teeth out (middle of the night), so I felt they were treating me like the homeless druggies going there for food, drugs, a bed, a ride. The emergency room people were like talking down to me. Finally got a room like I said after 14 hours. I now have stuffed nose, sore throat, congestion & headaches. And, then there's the nightm

Elevator(s) werenβt working. At one point both in the front elevators were down and we had to take the stairs or walk to the back. Docs misdiagnosed the patient. We were stuck in a shared room that was 2/3 for the other patient and 1/3 for us! Disapointing.
