We had new kitchen countertops and a backsplash installed, and the whole remodel turned out great. douglas came out to review the scope of work, and during our conversation about the new counters, it became clear how many small details go into a kitchen renovation like this. The demo crew built a strong dust containment area with negative air pressure, which kept the mess under control and made it one of the cleanest demolition jobs i have seen. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship throughout the project. douglas did careful drywall repair and explained how important it was to create flat, even wall surfaces so the tile installation would look right and last. They also patched ceiling areas from old light locations, and you truly cannot tell where anything used to be. douglas also handled the electrical updates very well, including new lighting, switches, and power where it was needed for the updated kitchen layout. It was impressive to see how smoothly everything came together. The painting work was also excellent, with clean lines between rooms and a very nice cabinet refinish that made older cabinetry look fresh and updated again. The overall workmanship was fantastic.

I highly recommend Douglas for fair estimates, strong ethics, and a practical approach to home repair and remodeling work. During the sale of our home, we reached out several times for help with inspection-related items and possible repair needs. He reviewed the scope carefully, gave pricing that was much more reasonable in some cases, and explained when certain work was not really needed. In one situation, he even declined part of the job because he wanted to avoid any conflict in both doing the cleanup and verifying the results. That level of honesty is hard to find. Throughout the whole process, Douglas was responsive, professional, easy to work with, and very helpful. He took time to explain options clearly, helped us understand which repairs were worth doing, and brought a lot of common sense to the project. His guidance made the pre-sale renovation and repair process feel much less stressful.
