I want to start by thanking Jackie at Roxbury Jewelry for all the time and effort she put into helping me design my engagement ring. I was getting quotes from several jewelers at the same time, and Jackie really stood out when it came to the design process. Out of every company I worked with, Roxbury was the only one that created a full 3D video rendering of my ring. That alone helped me visualize the finished piece far better than simple sketches or still images. She also helped me discover one of the design elements I ultimately wanted in my ring. She had a great eye for design, listened to all the ideas I texted her, and came back with thoughtful renderings and suggestions that really elevated the project. Communication was always friendly and professional. Whenever I reached out, Jackie responded and kept me updated. I never felt ignored, and she always let me know where things stood. The only drawback, and the reason my personal rating is 3½ stars instead of 5, is that I never received the final quote. I took 2 older rings to be resized and have a new diamond put into one, and a tanzanite put into the other. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship that was put into my now "new" rings. They are stunning. I am delighted with the results and will be returning to them whenever I need new jewelry or old jewelry updated. I highly recommend Roxbury Jewelry.

Jeremy at Roxbury Jewelry is truly one of a kind. He designed my engagement ring and both wedding bands, helped me sell gold, resized and polished other pieces — he really does it all. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch, and he’s someone you can completely trust with your most meaningful pieces. What really sets him apart is his level of service — he’s gone out of his way to make house deliveries more than once, and he always makes the process easy and enjoyable. Jeremy from beginning to end was incredible to work with. He took time on a Saturday to sit down with my then girlfriend and I and explain to us everything about diamonds, both natural and lab grown, talked about different cuts and all that they entailed. We didn’t meet anyone else who took the time and the no pressure approach to our engagement ring shopping, and he is hilarious to talk to! In the end I got the ring of my now fiancée’s dreams, all because Jeremy was so awesome to work with!

We had such an INCREDIBLE experience at Roxbury Jewelry! I truly cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy. First and foremost, he is a great person, which I think can be very challenging to find in a jeweler. We could tell from the beginning he wanted to make sure we knew what we were purchasing and that it turned out exactly how we wanted. He went out of his way to customize our engagement rings and wedding bands, and went above and beyond throughout the whole process, including creating a whole new band for us when we wanted to make changes- free of charge. He is attentive, honest, genuine, and has BEAUTIFUL jewelry. We will only be using Jeremy for our fine jewelry from now on! Thank you so much for all of your help!
