Maksat Babageldiyev is one of the best mathematics tutors I have ever met. When he teaches, you can truly feel his passion for mathematics. He cares much more about whether you actually understand the material than about how much time he spends teaching. Many times after lessons, we stayed longer just discussing problems and different geometric ideas. Turkmen math olympiad students were first introduced to geometry by Gadam Jumayev. Through him, we learned advanced topics such as inversion, harmonic division, and many other beautiful concepts in geometry. But the deep understanding of these topics, learning how to think about them naturally, make conclusions, and apply them confidently in olympiad problems, was taught to us by Maksat. He taught me during my final year of high school. Even though I was already familiar with advanced geometry, I still benefited a lot from his teaching. However, the greatest impact of his teaching can be seen in the younger generation of Turkmen olympiad students. I’ve learned more from Maksat Babageldiyev than any other teacher. His explanations are incredibly lucid, making even the toughest topics feel accessible. I especially appreciated his teaching style—it’s not a one-way street. He guides you through the logic of a problem, stopping at key moments to let you figure out the solution. Maksat Babageldiyev is, without doubt, one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. His explanations are consistently clear and easy to follow, and through his guidance I was able to grasp many difficult concepts that had previously given me trouble. What I appreciate most about his teaching style is how interactive he makes each lesson. Rather than simply talking through everything himself — as many teachers tend to do — he frequently encourages me to work out the next step on my own, which has done wonders for developing my critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. All in all, learning from him has been a genuinely rewarding experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any student.

Maksat Babageldiyev is absolutely the best teacher I have had. His explanations are very clear and accessible, and I learned many complex concepts that I had been struggling with from him. Not only that, but his teaching style is very friendly, and he doesn’t explain everything himself like most teachers do. Sometimes, in the middle of solutions, he prompts me to think about the next step, which helps me learn actively. Overall, I really liked him and highly recommend him.

Lilit Khiat is the best math tutor we have worked with. She easily found a way to engage with our son and connect with him to make him feel comfortable. She’s encouraging and makes math accessible to him, actually improving his participation and his drive for wanting to learn more. He’s always happier and feels better after coming out of a lessor and is getting more and more confident with math. I would highly recommend working with her.
