I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Sage Haven and can’t recommend it highly enough! I’ve been receiving acupuncture treatments with Dr. Erika since May 2025, and she has been an incredible part of my wellness journey. When I first started, we focused on helping regulate some gut issues and improving how I was feeling around my periods. I noticed such a positive difference in how I felt overall, and I really appreciated how personalized and thoughtful Dr. Erika’s approach was. This year, we’ve shifted our focus toward optimizing my overall health and supporting my body for fertility. I’ve felt incredibly supported throughout the process, and I love that Dr. Erika takes the time to understand what’s going on with my body and tailors each treatment accordingly. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients. Sage Haven is also such a calming and welcoming environment. Every appointment feels like an opportunity to slow down, reset, and take care of myself. I’m so grateful I found Dr. Erika and Sage Haven and look forward to continuing my treatments and wellness journey with them!

I came across Sage Haven while exploring holistic options for pain management and hormone regulation, and I’m so glad I did. From my very first consultation, Dr. Ella took the time to truly understand my concerns, goals, and overall health, and she provided a thoughtful, comprehensive treatment plan. After several weeks of consistent sessions, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in both my pain levels and overall well-being. Each appointment feels highly personalized because Dr. Ella carefully tailors every acupuncture session based on what I need most that week. I’ve also incorporated cupping into my treatments, which has made a huge difference in my mobility and day-to-day comfort. I genuinely look forward to my weekly visits and can’t recommend Sage Haven (and Dr. Ella) highly enough! ♥️

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cassie for over a year now and genuinely cannot say enough good things about this studio. I use acupuncture and moxibustion to help manage Lyme symptoms, especially brain fog and fatigue, and I always leave feeling so much better. After moving back to San Diego, I was really nervous about finding a place I trusted, and Sage Haven exceeded every expectation. From the second you walk in, everyone is so warm and welcoming. The space itself is incredibly calming. The beds literally feel like clouds and between the lighting, music, and overall atmosphere, I feel relaxed before the session even starts. I’ve seen multiple practitioners here, including Dr. Cassie, and I’ve always felt listened to, cared for, and supported. The treatments feel very personalized based on what’s going, which I really appreciate. I also really love the infrared sauna. Booking is super easy and the team is always quick to respond over text, even during a busy workday. I come monthly and genuinely look forward to every visit. Sage Haven has become such a special healing place for me💕💕

I have been coming to Sage Haven for two months and the experience has been nothing but great. I have been seeing Dr. Ella, and she has been fabulous! I can say that the staff is great and all my interactions have been very pleasant. The location is convenient, parking available and getting to the suite is easy (there are plenty of signs). The location itself is lovely, it’s calm, airy, and a true healing environment. I have noticed results with my treatment and I plan on continuing the journey. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Absolutely love Sage Haven! A very welcoming and relaxing vibe. I was new to acupuncture and Dr.Cassie sat down with me during the first visit, explained how and why acupuncture works and how it could help me on my fertility journey. I’ve been going for 6+ months and she provides not only care while you’re at your appointment but also tips and advice for lifestyle changes outside of visits! It’s very personalized to your needs, aches, pains etc. I mainly come for fertility but if I ever have any other pain points she eager to help with those as well! Also I am now pregnant :) …It’s pricey, but well worth it for the attention you receive , 10/10 recommend!
