San Diego Sports Acupuncture’s Dr.Uzi Chen is an incredible acupuncturist who helped me resolve the pain from my soft tissue back strain in only 2 sessions! He also helped resolve the chronic pain from a 2yr old rotator cuff impingement in 2 sessions! He listens intently then locates the exact root of the problem and treats it expertly. He’s also very empathetic and positive. I have already recommended his services and clinic to friends and family and I will return for my next round of sports injury pain. Highly recommend!

Dr. Uzi has been absolutely incredible! After dealing with a chronic ankle injury for decades, his consistent acupuncture treatments have finally eased my pain for the first time in years. I am so grateful for his expertise and compassionate support. If you are living with pain, I highly recommend seeing him!

I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Uzi Chen. I came to San Diego Sports Acupuncture with bodily pain. Dr. Chen was always very thoughtful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Over the course of our sessions, I felt relief, and more flexibility in my muscles. My sessions also became a safe space for me to relax because Dr. Chen cares about the holistic well-being of his patients. I'm so grateful for the top-notch treatment that I received. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Uzi and Sean are Life savers! I was skeptical about coming here since I've gone to several different acupuncturist throughout my life and while I felt relaxed there was no long term benefit. A couple of my wife's friends said that dr Uzi techniques allowed them to feel life changing relief in their knees within weeks. I've been going to them and its been life changing. I've had knee relief right away and there was a couple of incidents recently where I had stress related occiptual pain and unexpected inflammation from an acute injury and one treatment for each of those by dr Uzi provided relief that massages and chiropractic care didn't help out with. I'm a patient for life here as long as I'm in San Diego :)

Six years ago, I was in a motorcycle accident that left me with multiple severe injuries and the loss of my leg. Since then, I’ve lived with chronic back pain and significant soft tissue pain in my residual limb.. At my daughter’s suggestion (after she found complete relief from sciatica in just two visits), I made an appointment with Uzi Chen. The results were remarkable. Uzi addressed my back pain with a level of success I had not experienced despite medications, chiropractic care, multiple nerve ablations, and physical therapy. Even more impressive, he treated the soft tissue pain in my residual limb—pain that had made wearing a prosthetic extremely difficult—and eliminated it in just two visits. Beyond the results, Uzi is thoughtful, gentle, and deeply engaged in his work. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and his depth of anatomical knowledge is clear. Most of all, his passion for helping his patients comes through in every interaction.
