A+++! I had an absolutely incredible experience on our Yellowstone/Grand Teton tour thanks in large part to our guide James Kim. The entire itinerary was exceptionally well thought out, from the breathtaking sites to the comfortable lodging choices and restaurants selected along the way. Every stop felt intentional and added something meaningful to the trip. James was incredibly informative about each location we visited and also offered extra suggestions for amazing photo spots that we never would’ve found on our own. On top of that, James made the trip extremely fun with his funny stories and jokes that kept our group laughing while traveling between sites. Highly recommended! If you’re heading to Yellowstone and want a guide who’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely entertaining, book a tour with James!!

The 11 night 12 day Western Europe tour package was more satisfying and enjoyable than I expected. I was very satisfied with the Hilton Hotel in London and Paris, and the Marriott Hotel in Rome. I especially liked the Breakfast Buffet. The guide Choi Joon- ho accompanied the tour from England to Italy, explaining about all regions in a fun way with extensive knowledge, and working hard to make this trip safe and smooth. I’m also grateful that local guide Lim Dong- hyun in Paris and local guide Baek Min-soo in Italy also explained everything in detail everywhere we went. The trip was extremely satisfying and enjoyable.

I cannot recommend Mrs. Woo enough for her outstanding assistance in booking my airline tickets and managing numerous changes due to flight adjustments in Korea. She was consistently willing to help, even though it didn't directly benefit her financially. I truly appreciate her dedication and hard work, and my experience with this travel agency was nothing short of exceptional.

I paid Samho Tours for flights and hotels and have been trying to obtain a refund for over a year. As of now, I’m still owed $30,000+ related to services that were not delivered as agreed / refunded. Communication has been inconsistent and the refund has not been resolved despite repeated attempts. I’ve filed reports (including IC3) and I currently have legal action in progress. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Just came back from Maple Road tour to Canada. Jay Kim, our tour guide, was the BEST! FROM Niagara falls to Quebec, tour was Fantastic. Hotels were top notch and meals were delicious. Jay really knew how to guide us to important and fun places in Canada. If you are a big fan of Goblin ( 도깨비), you have to go with Jay. Thank you Jay and Samho tour.
