Had tree sap that I could not get off scrubbing by myself or at another car wash. Asked the attendant what to do, and he recommended the $199 exterior detail. When I came back, upon first glance, my car looked better, so I paid. However, it was a mistake to pay without fully examining my car. In retrospect, I also should not have trusted the attendant's advice. While the sap was removed from my windshield and glass services, it was clearly still on the doors, hood, and headlights. When I asked the worker why it was still on, he said the sap must have gotten deep and mixed with the paint. No refund or discount was offered, and I left feeling discouraged by the management practices at this location. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Fantastic job by Adolfo — the car looks absolutely spotless inside and out. Attention to detail was incredible, everything feels fresh, clean, and perfectly finished. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend if you want your car looking brand new again!

Car wash was great. Tommy gave the best customer service and made sure I was taken care of. However, the complete jerk at the counter Arthur was extremely rude to me so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Apparently, he’s been rude to other customers and had to be moved to other locations. Corporate needs to either train him better or get rid of him - he shouldn’t be manager.

I have been coming to San Diego Car Care for years...over 10 years ...all in the North County. I have had many cars that I entrusted to SDCC at various locations. I have always utilized the 5Star Monthly Pass, no complaints. I also have had many packages for deep cleaning and waxing, all of them have meet my expectations and beyond. However, no matter how great the services are, there have times that I needed to bring things to the attention the manager, from getti g new cars and replacing my sticker to addressing some ADHD particulars I had. Julien has always addressed EVERY SINGLE of my concerns with honesty and fairness. I could not say that of other mangers that I have been in contact with at any North County location. Took my car there once and got their #5 which was $79.99 to get both interior and exterior of my car cleaned and they did a acceptable job! They could clean a little more carefully and caring for details but it was definitely better than many other car washes I have ever been to. Their staff were friendly and helpful.
