Really nice service, ran all the diagnostics for free and got the quote back to me quickly. The repairs ended up being out of my price range and they were super understanding. Overall super friendly and helpful.

These guys were helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with their time, and they did a great job fixing our laptop which was shutting down continually due to overheating. (Needed a thermal re-paste.) I highly recommend them!

I needed a new laptop and help setting up my new laptop and transferring my prior laptop data to my new laptop. I read other reviews and was hopeful that I would be able to establish a long term relationship with this company for tech support, but was really uncomfortable after my initial experience. I was quoted $229 for requested services which then suddenly went up to $428, while companies such as Best Buy (Computer Geeks) charge only $274 for similar services. This made me really uncomfortable moving forward with them. Too bad so many tech support providers lack credibility. Make sure to do your own research before hiring this company!

Took my old dead mac in to have documents retrieved and put on a thumb drive and they were able to do so. Peter was the tech that worked with me and he did a wonderful job. Great communication. Reasonably priced. And I've got some old files and photos that I thought may have been lost forever. Couldn't be happier.

Long-time customer, first time reviewer! Computers are great when they are working, until they don't work. You can call Tech2You and get help over the phone (while they remote in), they can come to your house or they have physical locations. Recently I brought a bunch of hardware into the brick and mortar store in Mission Hills and they were awesome! Peter extracted all the data I needed off an old Mac and a bunch of old phones (even blackberries). Now I have all the pics and things I was looking for on a thumb drive and they took care of all the recycling for me. They are kind, and call with updates, keeping you in the loop. 2 years ago they saved me after I ran over my laptop (long story) and they resuscitated it, it was nothing short of a miracle.
