Ryan and Gabriel came to our rescue getting our new HP Printer to work with our Mac and a PC while also figuring out how to print barcodes using Shopify on a Dymo label printer system. My staff here in downtown San Diego spent hours trying to figure that one out and it still didn't work properly. Gabriel figured it out in no time and also tutored us how to interact with the devices with the different computers. Super quick and thorough. What a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I have never had to call out an IT professional in the 30 years of running my insurance agency. So if I need to have someone come out, the problem is next level. Well, I came up against it trying to connect a brand new Dell Windows 11 Pro computer to my office network. I tried to call Microsoft but they don't make it easy and you have to pay for support. I decided I would rather find a local Microsoft Certified Pro on my own. I called TechiT and talked to Ryan about the issue. He sent out Gabriel the very next morning. Long story short, Gabriel got us all straightened out. Gabriel knows his stuff, is thoughtful, resourceful, and tenacious. Thank you Gabriel!
