UPDATE: COMPANY REACHED OUT TIMELY AFTER THIS WAS POSTED AND RESOLVED. WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN. STARS UPDATED, THANK YOU 😊..... As a small business owner I really don’t like to leave poor feedback. Customer service and response time was satisfactory when initially contacting for a $1000 hardware order.  Order placed, shipping was a little slower imho, but no big deal.  Upon approval only 3 of the 102 pieces were incorrect color, or damaged. Photo taken, sent 3 separate emails to vendor, entirely ghosted.  Was really only asking for $20 in replacement parts that were damaged, or wrong color out of the box.  Gave them a week to respond, nothing.  Again, I will be happy to revise this feedback should seller refund me $20 without further hassle, its simply the honorable thing to do.  Ended up just ordered the parts via Amazon after a week of being blown off so we can finish our kitchen project. Order # was SD166190 in the event San Diego Hardware wishes to send a courtesy refund, thank you.

San Diego Hardware offers an impressive selection of quality hardware, fixtures, and home design products. The showroom is beautiful, and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to assist with product selection and will spend extra time for design questions. While prices tend to be a bit higher than some alternatives, the quality, selection, and level of service help justify the cost. It's an excellent resource for those looking for unique, well-designed fixtures and professional guidance for home improvement projects.

My husband and I recently had our home remodeled, and our contractor referred us to San Diego Hardware for the hardware and accessories for our cabinets. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, and they had such a wide variety of selections that made choosing the perfect pieces for our remodel easy. We’re very thankful our contractor recommended them. Great work, San Diego Hardware!

First off the store has a great selection of cabinet pulls and other hardware for your home. And Anthony is fantastic! He is very responsive, friendly and really helped us pick out the right cabinet pulls, door knobs and house numbers for our remodel. However the management is atrocious. Good luck trying to take advantage of a trade discount. This last time I was told I had to get contractor on the phone to approve despite utilizing the discount for every purchase the past several months! The policy supposedly changed yesterday that it had to be verified each time. If you don’t want to extend a discount don’t. Disappointing!

Wow! That’s an amazing store!! I love how many selections it has it’s just incredible. I can find any hardware for each of my design projects! Just bought some cute MARBLE HARDWARE to match the marble slab that we are installing. Totally recommend to go there in person!
