They do have desktops to sit and use, as well as a laptop to borrow for the day, but limited to 1-hr usage total for the day for either one u choose, not 1-hr each device. There is a 10-min alert before shutting down but allows u to keep extending 10 minutes more every 10 mins. Also, free printing, but have a SF library card for all library services u use. Only metered parking til 6pm in front.

Such a friendly staff and so many interesting things in here you wouldn't expect. Definitely worth going to.

Excelsior Branch is perfect for book lovers. Good variety and kid-friendly.

Basically grew up here. Very friendly staff, amazing seating options inside , a little kid pen for children to play in, have kid and adult book sections. Large variety of books, interior is a beautiful open large space, with calming tan colors. 10/10 library
