San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around San Francisco is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

A beautiful library with a wonder staff who are very friendly .When you are there, Look Up. It has an amazing ceiling with a fantastic art piece up there. the librarians would love to tell you a little bit about the art piece.

I told the library staff that two women were talking loudly and disturbing others. They were chatting as if they were in a park. The staff avoided addressing the situation and said it was “normal voice” for an open space. Why does this keep happening at other libraries in San Francisco? Library staff are responsible for maintaining a quiet environment.

Went in about 10-15 minutes before closing to quickly just use the restroom that’s right at the entrance. But apparently to this white librarian that’s not okay to do for a public library that’s not closing yet and with multiple visitors still inside.

So quiet & clean. Librarians & staff are kind and very helpful. Anytime after 2pm gets noisy because of the kids. But that’s just part of the reality of shared space. That said, there are tons of options for kids! If you want manga, this is your place! They also host different types of community events for adults, teens, and kids, which I look forward to joining this year. This library has always been a pillar in our community; give them a visit! It’s best to walk or take the bus. Also they aren’t accepting book donations. Great hours too. I appreciate that they have disinfectant wipes & gloves behind the desk to keep things tidy!!

Really good place. Awesome stuff, Soet friendly, special Roberto and Rebecca, organized space and shelves. There’s a study room, super useful when needed, isn’t 100% clean, but still good and quiet. Sometimes is hard to find parking near, but you’ll find. There’s a kids activity on Wednesdays at 11am with Ms. Rebecca super nice and well done, toddlers loves this activity, it’s storytelling for families. Bring your kid and they will love it. I saw some laptop to borrow, not sure if it’s working. There’s wi-fi internet.
