I’ve been shopping at this specific Savers location regularly since they opened, which use to be Marshalls. Over the years the prices have sky rocketed, carelessly dirty and obvious lazy management. But today at check out I experienced something that gave me the biggest ICK and made me want to never return to this location. At checkout I noticed an older man in a teal polo with his arms crossed standing in the middle of the check out glaring at everyone as they rang up their transactions. As a woman was checking out and had completed her scanning he walks up to her and begins to question her on the price of a scooter. I know it was the original price because I had found the scooter before she did and put it back. He told her he would take it to the back and have the scooter repriced. Savers had become extremely greedy considering all these items are donated, by those in our community. Being harassed when your employees incorrectly priced something is unprofessional, degrading and disgusting. Yes, some people rip and switch tags but come up with a better system then humiliating innocent customers.

Great experience today! Allison and Gizelle were incredibly kind and helpful when my family member suddenly felt unwell in the store. They showed genuine care and provided immediate assistance. We really appreciate it and will definitely come back.

LONNY IS THE BEST!!!! I had an online coupon for 30% off $75 or more. My total was close to $120 and I was only getting a $20 discount and I couldn't figure out why. I asked the manager and his response was "The computer's gunna do with the computer's gunna do"🙄 Then Lonny stepped in and really tried to help solve the problem. The math wasn't mathing so he thought outside the box and asked to see my online coupon. Deep in the fine print it said the discount capped out at $20. Mystery solved!! But then Lonny went above and beyond!!! He told me to check my email for a coupon that had just been sent out on Tuesday. (this kid was on it!!) He stood by and made sure I found the email that had an even better coupon that gave me a full 30% off my entire purchase!!! The manager was useless and just stood there saying nothing. In fact, he seemed annoyed that Lonny didn't give up and figured it all out. Plus saved me money!! Lonny is a real asset to this company. It was only my second time shopping there but his problems solving skills and genuine care really made an impression on me and my husband. I hope to see Lonny there again but I have a feeling this kid is going places and won't be

Take your time and pour over every shelf, hanger and book and bag. I always find some of what I'm looking for. Go with a list. That helps. They took out the dressing rooms recently. Not happy about that. I had to take everything back last time I shipped. Nothing fit right on me. However all the shirts I found for my husband fit him perfectly.

The cashier yesterday was very rude and racist. I don’t know if all your employees are like that, but please focus on customer service. Customers come in to shop, not to be treated poorly or feel like they’re asking for something for free. When we pay, the least we should receive is respectful and courteous service.
