About The Force Exchange Thrift Store

The Force Exchange is a vintage thrift boutique in San Jose that operates with a powerful double mission: providing the community with high-quality, affordable fashion while funding life-changing programs for local youth.

Operated by the nonprofit Youths Without Drugs Force Inc., we believe that education and job training are the most effective pathways to help youth navigate a world full of challenges.

Our store is more than just a retail space, its a training ground where teens in Silicon Valley transition from addiction recovery into professional career placement. Every purchase directly supports our Alpha Curriculum, giving at-risk youth the food, stability, and professional skills they need to build a clean and sober future.
