I had a very disappointing experience with Shahrzad Travel. They provided unclear and misleading information, changed my travel dates despite me giving them the correct ones, and sent incorrect emails. Their communication was poor, and they showed no respect for my time as a customer. I would not recommend Shasta Travel at all.

Do NOT buy tickets from this agency. In my experience, once they got access to my credit card, they charged me before providing complete ticket information. They never provided the ticket for the second airline segment, failed to provide the baggage allowance I specifically requested and paid for, and then failed to refund my money after promising they would. They repeatedly told me that valid flight options I found myself did not exist, insisted my elderly and sick parents had no choice but to endure a 16+ hour layover, and pressured me to use payment methods such as Zelle, Venmo, or cash instead of a credit card. I ultimately purchased the tickets myself online and found multiple valid options that they claimed were unavailable. My experience was that I paid money and did not receive the service that was promised. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Be extremely careful before giving this agency your money. Verify every detail independently, get everything in writing, and do not rely on verbal promises. Based on my experience, I would never use this agency again and strongly recommend that others stay away.

My ticket was canceled by the airline and they confirmed I would receive a full refund, yet Ms. Shahrazad insisted on taking her commission anyway. It felt like passenger rights meant nothing to her and she was only focused on her own benefit. She made the refund process unnecessarily long and difficult, and returned my money with clear reluctance. I absolutely do not recommend this place for purchasing tickets.

It was the first time i took a tour with Shahrzad tour. Unfortunately that will be the last time. The crew were rude and unprofessional. At dinner they gave us plastic dirty forks. It seemed they were used and washed. I was able to see left food on them.

Extremely Disappointed – Negligence and Lack of Accountability I had a terrible experience with this travel agency. They failed to issue my return ticket from Turkey to Los Angeles, leaving me stranded at the airport. Despite having paid in full and receiving a confirmed itinerary, there was no actual ticket issued for my return flight. I had to purchase a last-minute ticket for over $800 out of my own pocket to get home. I contacted the agency immediately upon my return, and they promised a reimbursement. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no refund and no further communication. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this agency to prevent similar distressing experiences.
