First time here, found by ratings, and they do not lie. Came with family and everyone enjoyed it very much. I was not expecting half a strawberry as a topping but everything else was great, service, taste, speed and accuracy. Extra toppings are also great. The matcha was the best, soooooooo good. Will be coming back soon.

Ice cream with a twist. This place tends to be crowded in the evening. There are two tablets to order your “fish”, add your filing like custard, Nutella, red bean, Oreo, matcha, black sesame, etc… then add toppings. you can also opt for a cup instead of a fish. It’s yummy. There is no seating here but you can stand up against the wall and eat your ice cream while at the store. There are plenty of free parking but it could be crowded in the evening. No parking issue in the afternoon.

The ice cream is very creamy there's an assortment about seven different flavors I picked the Barry one. You get a waffle like fish figure and its stuffed with whatever you wish I chose custard my friend chose Nutella... Doesn't look like much but it is and very rich. The best part about it is very affordable!

Been here once & thoroughly enjoyed my experience first time with the soft serve variety & taiyaki made to order. Today left me feeling disappointed. I didn't realized it until after, but even after paying extra for black sesame filling, I ended up with these old taiyaki that has sat out for I dont know how long. Because mine was extra crispy (close to hard). I haven't had a taiyaki in months so it was a treat after a hike. I still finished it, but next time I will make sure to ask how long the taiyaki has been sitting out & request a fresh one made. I have never had a hard taiyaki in the laat 4 years of enjoying them so it was never something I needed to think about. Maybe the young fella working today when I came in might need a follow up on quality control to ensure this doesn't happen again. I will still come back, but probably not for awhile since Izumi is my go-to spot (it just so happens they ran out of taiyaki today so Somi was my alternative).
