4 stars for the self wash, 1 star for the drive through. Self wash has what you need. Skip the brush so you don't scratch your paint. Pre soak gives a good foam, the high pressure soap and wash give good pressure, and the spot free rinse is good. Each part takes some time to clear out the nozzle which eats into your time, which is already pretty short. Also, you don't get any bonus time for spending more at a time, so just get the time you need. Vacuums are great. The touchless wash gets one star. The turn is tight in there. The options are all affordable, but the wash itself is pretty mid. The first time I went through I didn't have an issue, but my second time the rinse didn't even get off all the soap and the blow dry didn't get off all the water. I found some soap spots later that I rinsed and dabbed off, but some that I didn't see etched into my paint.

Only robots out 5 star as someone who used to be a detailer and details his vechiles weekly was looking for a fast alternative this is not it. 15 dollars and it cleaned nothing more of a rinse if anything water marks that where less than a day old still ended up on the car and dryer does not dry car enough only one pass. Seems like owner is too scared to invest in better chemicals or something because most car wash places that are touchless use acids and alkaline clears which destroy debris and water spots I felt like I got robbed of 15 dollars.

Highly recommend this place if you prefer a do-it-yourself, detailed car wash. I drove through a muddy road and knew a regular drive-thru wash wouldn’t be enough, so I came here and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The car wash is easy to access, well equipped, and offers a good variety of soaps and conditioners, included with the purchase. For a very thorough clean, I ended up spending about $30 since the only option is $15 for 20 minutes, and I needed more time to get everything spotless. I ran the brush through twice and used the conditioner, so if you don’t need such a detailed wash, the 20-minute option should be plenty. One thing to note: bring your own towels, as there’s no drying option available (or at least I didn’t see one). Overall, great value and results, especially for cars that need more than a basic wash. By far the worst auto car wash experience. AZ and UT washes did better by 1k% somehow my car ended up dirtier than when I got there. How does this even happen? A new rag is now toast from this place from wiping off the paint alone. Guess the wheels can wait. Don’t waste your money on the wash, and especially not the upgrades.

First off all, I brought in my new vehicle that I have now owned for 3 weeks. It was fully detailed off the dealership. I paid for the premium (highest price) package and it clean nothing. I have bird poop and dirt spots all over my car. When I left my car was wet, as the machine only passes once for the dryer. And now to the worst part, they literally put the bays in the corner where you have to make a sharp turn, and has the most narrow entrance and even using my camera I scratched my wheel! My brand new 65k vehicle now has a gash on my 21 inch wheels! I’m so pissed off right now. I want management to call me immediately.
